ABOUT ME
My work today is shaped by more than 20 years of international experience in living and working in China, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. I have many years of professional experience in global companies in the fields of international HR, marketing and communications. I am a certified Co-Active Coach (in accordance with the ICF standards) and combine in-depth professional expertise with a well-rounded view of individual paths and potentials. Continuous professional development is an essential part of my approach.
The opportunity to go abroad sometimes happen unexpectedly and families may find themselves facing big decisions. I know the questions and challenges that come with it firsthand. Because moving means far more than simply transporting furniture from A to B. Since 2015, my family and I are living in Germany.
MY APPROACH TO COACHING
You are the focus of the coaching process – your strengths, resources and goals. I act as a sparring partner on an eye-to-eye level and create a clear, trusting framework.
Rather than prescribing solutions, I ask the right questions, provide inspiration and use systemic methods to help you develop your own, sustainable answers. I keep cultural influences in mind and incorporate them in a targeted manner. Where appropriate, I supplement my coaching with relevant practical input.
